Moving around Ibiza without a car

Ibiza has loads to discover, but our guests don’t always want to rent a car during their holidays. If this is your case and would like to know how to move around Ibiza without a car, you should know that the island has an urban transport service that joins the main points of interest on the island. Thanks to the bus network, Ibiza Sun Apartments is connected to the airport, San Antonio and the city of Ibiza and from there you can catch many other buses to the north and east of the island.

How to get from Ibiza airport to PLAYA d’en Bossa

Ibiza Sun Apartments is on Playa d’en Bossa beach, only a few metres away from the sea and only a few minutes’ walk from the fiestas of Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hï Ibiza. But also, the L36 bus stop is less than a minute away from our hotel and this bus takes you from Playa d’en Bossa to the airport. This summer, this line will run from 25th June to 10th September, leaving from the airport every half hour from 8:10 a.m. to 00:10 a.m.

Don’t miss the sunset: how to get from playa d’en Bossa to Sant Antoni

One of the essential plans for any trip to Ibiza is to go to Sant Antoni to enjoy the famous sunsets from the Café del Mar and Café Mambo. If you’re staying at Ibiza Sun Apartments you can easily visit this village on the western coast of Ibiza thanks to the L3-B Discobus line that starts at 4.45 p.m. (from Playa d’en Bossa beach). The last bus from San Antoni leaves at 6 a.m. so you can party all night without having to keep an eye on the time (or on how much you drink). And the stop is only a few minutes' walk to Ibiza Sun Apartments, next to Bora-Bora.

Walk around the city: how to get from playa d’en Bossa to Ibiza

The old but lively port in the city of Ibiza and the small streets in the old part of the city are only a stone's throw away from Playa d'en Bossa beach thanks to bus L14. Another bus that also connects Ibiza to Ses Salines beach is bus 11B, but it’s not as frequent, so it’s better to opt for bus L14 if you want to go to the city or get a taxi if you want to go to Ses Salines beach.
